BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located at 2333 McCallie Avenue, being off the northeast line of McCallie Avenue at Lyerly Street, and a tract of land located at 161 Lyerly Street, being on the northwest line of Lyerly Street at Vine Street.
